Jackky: Big B and Aamir value film scripts

Jackky Bhagnani had a 'designer launch' in KAL KISSNE DEKHA where he donned flashy costumes, shook his leg on grand dance floors, serenaded his leading lady in exotic locations across the globe and worked in an out and out masala set up. For his second film F.A.L.T.U though, he has smartened up and is now playing totally by the script. Literally.

Says a friend of Jackky, "Everything that was brought together for his debut film was designed to be just perfect. His dad Vashu Bhagnani spent money like anything and crores went into just the add-ons like song and dance shoots, sets, costumes etc. Nothing wrong with that but ultimately what mattered was the script and it's execution. Both Jackky and Vashu were sure that for F.A.L.T.U., the script had to be perfect more than anything else. There was no compromise on that department."

Due to these reasons, for F.A.L.T.U. Jackky played his part in complete accordance with the written word on the script.

Confesses Jackky, "This is something that I am very clear about and have fortunately learnt very early in my career. Script se bada kuch bhi nahi hota. People like Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan are surviving because they understand the value of script."

He goes on to reason with utmost maturity, "I can go to the best locations, do all action myself and sing some great songs but eventually there has to be story waiting to be told. I would rather be honest to the product rather than worry much about my presentation as a hero. If I am playing an average college student, I would rather wear a 'chaddhi' on beach rather than wear those boxer shorts just so that I look cool."

Well, here is someone who is unwilling to indulge into any 'faltu' talks.
