Puja: F.A.L.T.U. is very acceptable

Since Puja is in early 20s and was going through her studies when F.A.L.T.U happened, it was quite easy for her to relate to the film and its setting.

"Puja is also the name of the character that I play in the film and she is someone who has grown up with other boys. It is just that she is closer to Jackky," says the ex-Miss India Universe, "Best thing about this script is that it is very acceptable. There is nothing that you can't relate to. We are questioning if the core of education is just about getting good marks."

However she truly believes that the kind of narrative that this Remo D'Souza directed film follows, it would be lapped up by elderly as well as seniors citizens.

"Of course at the core of it all F.A.L.T.U. is a youth oriented film. However it doesn't mean that elders can't relate to it," she reasons, "In fact, college is something that all of us have gone to and some things have never changed, especially the quest for students to study and do well in their academics. This is what we are trying to address in the film and elders would be able to relate to it as well because even they would have gone through such questions in their younger days."

Produced by Vashu Bhagnani, F.A.L.T.U. also features Arshad Warsi and Riteish Deshmukh in principal roles. With music by Sachin-Jigar, F.A.L.T.U. releases all over on 1st April.
