| Despite losing out on a good first day haul, Rohan Sippy's DUM MAARO DUM managed a decent first week. However, the film failed to capitalize on the comparatively weaker opponents in the second weekend, for which the lack of follow up aggressive campaign is to be blamed. During the opening week, DUM MAARO DUM has netted a decent 23.25 crores. The Abhishek Bachchan starrer still has some ground to cover before it can be termed as safe. In the Overseas DUM MAARO DUM has disappointed in the UK grossing £ 187,000 but is better in the US with a gross of $485,000, till the second weekend (April 29- May 1).
