Why Salman edits his films?

Many might have found Salman's behaviour intruding when he decided to edit READY which is being directed by Anees Bazmee. But, far from being arrogant, Salman Khan is actually putting his rich experience to use.

And there are valid reasons for Salman to do so. The superstar self-admittedly was never as involved with his films as he is now. Now, sitting on the verge of making a blockbuster hattrick, Salman is not taking any chances this time around.

WANTED and DABANNG have added enough fuel to Salman's star status and now READY has the potential to make him the undisputed king of B-Town. Our insiders reveal that when Salman decided to sit on the edit of READY, it was done with this idea in mind. Though he may have ruffled a few feathers in the process, but all that has been worth the effort.

According to initial reports, READY has everything that Salman needs to get third time lucky in a row. The songs from the film are already creating mass frenzy, the credit for which goes to Salman again. It is known that Salman lent his ear to almost 40 tunes before he gave the go-ahead for 'Character dheela', which is no less than a national anthem these days.

With Salman's edit advice already showing its effect, the chorus about his 'creative interference' can be laid to rest for now.
