In a hectic high-pressure industry where many succumb to smoking, Sameera Reddy stands out as one actress who has not given in to peer-pressure and urges her fans to do the same.

Many women also smoke to stay slim and trim. Sameera feels this approach is unhealthy and will get them into trouble in the long run. There is no substitute for a good diet and exercise, so ladies if you want the hot body hit the gym instead of reaching out for a smoke. Make the decision to quit and then stick to it. "Stay strong, I have seen many of my friends go through nicotine withdrawals and it's not easy but totally worth it in the end," says Sameera. Do some yoga, practice some deep breathing and if the cravings get too much use a nicotine chewing gum or patch but don't give up and go back to smoking.
