We have all seen Saurabh Shukla essay the role of 'kallu mama' effortlessly in SATYA. He started off as a serious theatre artist and then marveled everyone with his roles in films like BANDIT QUEEN, SATYA, MITHIYA and many more.

And now, for the first time ever Saurabh Shukla is all set to announce his first 'mass commercial film'

Known for his realistic film making, mostly black comedies, this time around Saurabh Shukla has directed a love story called PAPPU CAN'T DANCE SAALA starring Vinay Pathak, Neha Dhupia and Rajat Kapoor.

Produced by R Vision India Ltd, PAPPU CAN'T DANCE SAALA is the story of a common man from Banaras who falls in love, in Mumbai and with Mumbai and the roller coaster there on.

Says a source, "PAPPU CAN'T DANCE SAALA is an exciting love story. Having said that, it still has its edge like any other Saurabh Shukla film. For the first time, Saurabh Shukla has directed a commercial entertainer and it has shaped out to be fantastic. Saurabh thinks that every situation in life has a comic element to it. Keeping that in mind PAPU CAN'T DANCE SAALA promises a lot of fun moments and laughter too."
