Sunny chooses JO HUM CHAHEIN over a reputed production

After rubbing shoulders with Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni in one of the commercials and garnering compliments from Big B, at IIFA fashion show, model-turned-actor Sunny Gill is all set to make his Bollywood debut with JO HUM CHAHEIN opposite Miss India Universe Simran Mundi, directed by Pawan Gill.

Apparently Sunny, who has walked the ramp for big names, was earlier supposed to make his debut under Yash Raj Films' youth cell Y-films, but Sunny chose to go ahead with an independent production instead.

Sunny says, "There were few production houses that had approached me but I really liked the script of JO HUM CHAHEIN and I could instantly connect with it."

JO HUM CHAHEIN is a modern coming of age romance that reflects the current urban landscape of contemporary India focusing on the aspirations of the youth and what they do to achieve their desires.
