Akshay Kumar: John does laidback comedy

The two hot hunks of Bollywood, Akshay Kumar and John Abraham were first seen together in the 2005 hit film GARAM MASALA. However, they weren't as great friends then as they are now. Thanks to Rohit Dhawan who got them together in his film DESI BOYZ.

"It feels good working with John Abraham. But we weren't that great friends while working for GARAM MASALA as we are now. For 6 long years there was no film which could cast us together. And now we have not one but two films together - DESI BOYZ and HOUSEFULL," says Akshay Kumar who unites with co-star John after a gap of six years.

Ask Akshay how John has evolved as an actor and he says, "John has changed a lot over a period of time. Jitney uske muscles bad gaye hai utni uski comedy timing bhi bad gai hai. He has become more hardworking now. He's one of the best looking men in the industry we have today. He's great actor. In fact I am learning comedy from John. He does a very laidback comedy. Laidback in the sense the way he delivers the dialogue is so effortless that it leaves an impact behind. Like Mr. Bean it's a very laidback style of talking. It's a great qualification John possesses."

Also starring Deepika Padukone and Chitrangada Singh, , Eros International's DESI BOYZ comes to a theatre near you 25th November 2011.
