The bride-hunting act that Imran is playing in his upcoming film MERE BROTHER KI DULHAN has a bearing with his real life experiences.

Though Imran found his bride easily but throughout his teen years and even till date his friends turn to him for advice related to love. Imran also admits playing love guru to his friends in real life. Says he, "Though in my personal life I never went bride-hunting since I was in a relationship with the same girl for nine years. But I will admit that I have a terrific insight into matters concerning love. This skill has earned me the trust of my friends who turn to me for any advice related to the subject of love."
