Nana-Vidya-Naseer on debate for SHOOT OUT AT WADALA

SHOOT OUT AT WADALA is turning out to be bigger and better. After finalizing Anil Kapoor and John Abraham for the two key roles in the film, director Sanjay Gupta is now in some serious talks with none other than Nana Patekar, Vidya Balan and Naseeruddin Shah to step into the franchise.

"Just like SHOOT OUT AT LOKHANDWALA which was an ensemble film with Amitabh Bachchan, Sunil Shetty, Abhishek Bachchan and Arbaaz Khan coming together with Sanjay Dutt and Vivek Oberoi, even SHOOT OUT AT WADALA would have an ocean of characters," says a reliable source attached to the film.

If this indeed turns out to be a reality, it would be the third straight film that Vidya and Naseer would be doing together after ISHQIYA and THE DIRTY PICTURE. It would be for the first time though that Sanjay would be directing any of these actors.

"Most of them have been enjoying a good relationship with Sanjay's production house 'White Feather' Films though,' the source continues, 'Nana as well as Naseer saab have worked in his production DUS KAHAANIYAN. Also, Vidya has been roped in for his MILTE HAIN that would be directed by Meghna Gulzar. Sanjay is just taking the association forward."

This is not all as Manoj Bajpai (who has worked in his ACID FACTORY), Ronit Roy (SHOOT OUT AT LOKHANDWALA, DUS KAHANIYAAN) and Arunoday Singh have been approached as well.

On contacted, Sanjay said, "Most of these actors are my dear friends. My script is still evolving and I am discovering more and more interesting characters as I go along. It would be wonderful to rope them all in."

Well, we would wait for an official announcement on this Sanjay.
