Vinay Pathak shops to win over vertigo!

They say women are shopaholics. But actor Vinay Pathak is one man who believes that shopping is therapeutic. In fact, whenever he got time off shooting Deepa Sahi's road film, TERE MERE PHERE, produced by Ketan Mehta and Anup Jalota, Vinay Pathak used to find a local market and shop till he drops.

It was after a nasty fall was averted during the shoot that Vinay felt shaken. So the time he got a break, Vinay sneaked out with Sasha Goradia who got Riya Sen into the game and the trio took way to a local market to buy scarves, shawls, jackets et al.

"Vinay found the whole exercise such a stress-buster," grins Sasha Goradia. But alas! When she brandished his scarves and shawls and jackets purchased by her and Vinay, Deepa Sahi was only too excited. She had found the costume accessories for her lead actor!!!

"All the stuff we bought, are used by Jagrat in the film," grins Sasha, "And though I am the discoverer, they will go down in history as Jagrat's clothes." What is however consoling is that a few of Vinay's discoveries are sported by him in the film as well.

In fact, Sasha and Vinay took on the task of buying the required accessories for Deepa as an official task post the trip, as it not only got the director what she wanted but also helped Vinay recover from the vertigo effect!
