Arjan isn't carrying set perceptions around TMOK

Seen earlier in biggies like GURU and FASHION, Arjan Bajwa has been constantly making a good impression amongst the likes of Mani Ratnam and Madhur Bhandarkar. Now that he is moving on from strong supporting roles to a lead character in TELL ME O KKHUDA, he is confident that despite the film being Esha's re-launch affair, he won't miss out due to threat of her being in constant focus.

'See, first and foremost TELL ME O KKHUDA can't be termed as Esha's re-launch film. For someone who has done around 25 films, she isn't hunting for any re-launch per se,' Arjan comes in defense of his co-star here, 'It is just that she had taken a break for a while and is now working in films all over again. As for me losing out on all the attention then well that's something that didn't even come to my mind. If at all I would have carried this perception, I wouldn't have done the film at all.'

What is also of good relief to Arjan is the fact that his director-producer Hema Malini is totally standing by him. For someone who worked with Shahrukh Khan way back in 1992 on DIL AASHNA HAI and vouched for his talent, Hema Malini has publicly stated that Arjan is her man of the moment.

'Of course I am bound to be elated with none less than Hemaji making a statement like this,' says Arjan who truly believes that TELL ME O KKHUDA would push him in an altogether different league, 'She didn't just give me a chance to be a lead hero in a film with her daughter (Esha) but also compared with me with no less than Shahrukh Khan. Even if I manage to do accomplish 1% of what Shahrukh has over the years, it would be an accomplishment in itself.'

Also starring Chandan Roy Sanyal, Farooq Sheikh, Deepti Naval and Madhoo with Salman Khan in a cameo, TELL ME O KKHUDA with music by Pritam releases all over this Diwali.
