Aamir Khan says Sataymev Jayate is his most ambitious project

He revealed it during the launch of the title music video of his weekly TV show Sataymev Jayate that is scheduled to go on air on 6th May 2012, at 11 AM across all the channels in the Star bouquet, regional as well as Hindi, and on Doordarshan as well. The show is directed by THE SPIRIT OF LAGAAN director and writer Satyajit Bhatkal. The first season of the show will have 13 episodes and each episode has a special song composed by Ram Sampat and written by various lyricists. The title song is written by Prasoon Joshi, composed by Ram Sampat, and its video is directed by Ram Madhvani. The mood elevating video shows Aamir in different parts of India among happy smiling children and 'aam aadmi', and taking part in their daily lives. The video has the traces of Incredible India films.

Aamir revealed that his show will be dealing with issues average Indians face in their day-to-day life yet the emphasis will be more on changing ourselves from within for the love of our country. The title song, music, and video are about the love he has for his country and people, which is 'in the blood that flows in his veins'. He said that he has been developing the show since the past two years and since it is his most ambitious project, he even postponed the release of his film TALAASH by six months and the shooting of DHOOM 3 by a month. He also added that though the show deals with serious issues, it is more about heart than head and even if truth does not always seem to be winning, one has to keep striving for it.
