Bong beauty cheers for SRK's IPL team

Guess what fashionista Konkana Bakshi was doing in Kolkata on Sunday? Well, the Bengali beauty was in her home town not to meet her family but to cheer for King Khan's team Kolkata Knight Riders.

''When I got an invite from Mr. Morani (Kareem Morani) to cheer KKR, I immediately said yes. I have always been a KKR supporter, so I just couldn't let the chance slip by,'' says Konkana, who is patiently waiting for her Bollywood debut film opposite John Abraham to get on the floor.

Konkana may be new in the film industry, but she has mastered the art of not spilling the beans. On being asked about her debut venture, she says, ''Well, I can't reveal the details as of now. We will announce it soon,'' she says.

Moving to the KKR context she said, ''I would have loved if we would have won the match. But, then it was a tough match and we had almost won the match,'' she adds.
