After a good opening week Illuminati Films' Homi Adajania directed Saif, Deepika and Diana starrer COCKTAIL, crashed in the second week, but the film is already a success thanks to the big opening week. During the second week COCKTAIL collected 2 crore from Bombay (collections from other cinemas unreceived), 63 lakhs from Ahmedabad, 17.35 lakhs from Baroda (collections from 4 cinemas unreceived), 12.25 lakhs from Surat, 14.35 lakhs from Rajkot, 30 lakhs from Pune, 11.75 lakhs from Nasik, 6.35 lakhs from Goa, 2.70 lakhs from Belgaum, 3 crore from Delhi city, 33.20 lakhs from Noida, 24 lakhs from Ghaziabad, 13.65 lakhs from Kanpur, 14.50 lakhs from Lucknow, 8 lakhs from Agra, 7 lakhs from Allahabad, 51.35 lakhs from Gurgaon, 7.65 lakhs from Faridabad, 4 lakhs from Kurukshetra, 20 lakhs from Chandigarh, 15.50 lakhs from Jalandhar, 5 lakhs from Amritsar, 3.25 lakhs from Ludhiana, 55 lakhs from Calcutta (collections from other cinemas unreceived), 1.25 lakhs from Darjeeling, 21.20 lakhs from Nagpur, 7 lakhs from Jabalpur, 11 lakhs from Raipur, 21 lakhs from Indore, 5 lakhs from Gwalior (collections from 2 cinemas unreceived), 10.50 lakhs from Bhopal (collections from 2 cinemas unreceived), 45 lakhs from Jaipur, 2.15 lakhs from Jodhpur (collections from 3 cinemas unreceived), 4.50 lakhs from Ajmer, 3 lakhs from Bikaner, 7.25 lakhs from Kota, 55 lakhs from Hyderabad, 2.75 lakhs from Aurangabad (collections from 3 cinemas unreceived), 70 lakhs from Bangalore, 2.75 lakhs from Vijayawada, 4.50 lakhs from Visakhapatnam, 7 lakhs from Madras (collections from other cinemas unreceived) and 2.20 lakhs from Kochi. Adding another 17.50 crore COCKTAIL has netted 72 crores in two weeks from India and is a hit. The film has done good business in the overseas grossing £628,500 from UK and $1,152,500 from the US till the third weekend (27-29 July).
