Nikhil Advani's DELHI SAFARI launches ''Fight for us, Write for us'' eco-awareness campaign

In a smart low-cost marketing move the producers of 3D animation feature DELHI SAFARI directed by Nikhil Advani will be approaching schools to promote their film through an environmental awareness campaign supported by the well-known eco-activist Bittu Sahgal, the founder editor of Sanctuary magazine, and PETA, the global watch-dog agency to protect animals. Tinkle Magazine and Picasso Animation College, Jaipur, have also joined them in the cause.

The "Fight for us, Write for us" campaign involves a pledge and signature drive in support of wildlife preservation and protection in schools across the country. The slogan of the campaign is 'Save Our Forests, Save Our Animals, Save Mankind'. This fits well with the film's story and message. The drive has already been started, well before the film's release date 19th October 2012. Arena Animation, is taking this message directly to 3000 schools, where nearly 2 million children will endorse the message to the Prime Minister and will write a personal message to him to be pro-active in saving forests and animal life.

DELHI SAFARI will be competing with Karan Johar's STUDENT OF THE YEAR for the viewers' attention. The producers of the film Krayon Pictures are confident that their focused and precisely targeted marketing strategy will bear fruit and the film will pull in family audiences and compete successfully with a heavily promoted and marketed film like SOTY.
