Jackky Bhagnani acquires 8 packs in 8 weeks for 'Boom Boom'

The milestone of eight-pack abs which was created by Aamir Khan soon became a fad in B-town. Now our swanky actor Jackky Bhagnani will be flaunting it in his upcoming film AJAB GAZABB LOVE. However, what is interesting here is to know that Jackky achieved it in a record time. He acquired those fab-abs in mere 6-8 weeks. As director Sanjay Gadhvi and choreographer Bosco-Ceaser wanted him to bare his torso for the rocking number 'Boom Boom' and gave him a time of just 6-8 weeks for building a chiseled body.

Says Jackky, ''Yes, it was required to build eight-packs abs as in the film as there is a situation when I go to Italy for a beach party. Director Sanjay Gadhvi & Choreographer Bosco asked me that If I can build eight packs in the stipulated time. They said we want you to go topless as people there (Italy) party only in shorts and all. And I had just 6-8 weeks in hand to achieve it...''

Jackky had to go on a crash diet so much so he had to quit salt intake from his food. He went through grueling work out sessions and had to leave everything to get the required results. ''I had to leave everything. I had to quit salt intake from food. I had no life for eight weeks. It was only work work and work! No outing, no partying, a complete control over diet. I used to sleep at eleven and get up at six in the morning to run and used to work out three times a day. Which I usually also love following it,'' says Jackky.

He further adds, 'Sleep is very essential, especially when you want make a good body. Your maximum development is happening while you are sleeping and not while you are working out.

His party anthem 'Chaar Baj Gaye' from the film F.A.L.T.U. was a rage and favourite at all the night clubs and now Jackky Bhagnani expects the same with his yet another chartbusting number 'Boom Boom Liplock Kar le' from the film. In fact he wants 'Boom Boom' to break the record of 'Chaar Baj Gaye'

Says Jackky, ''I hope it breaks the record of 'Chaar Baj Gaye'. I would love see that happening and Boom Boom is nice party track which I am sure will be loved by one and all.''

Jackky's styling in the film is done by Niharika Singh. AJAB GAZABB is directed by Sanjay Gadhvi and also stars Nidhi Subbaiah & Arjun Rampal. The film is all set to hit the screens on 24th October 2012.
