John: Commerce and content come together for MADRAS CAFE

After FORCE and now with films like RACE 2 and SHOOTOUT AT WADALA under his belt, John Abraham is happy to carry forward the title of 'Action Abraham' in films to come as well, case in point being his next production MADRAS CAFE where he is collaborating with director Shoojit Sircar all over again after VICKY DONOR.

"Well, more than anything else, MADRAS CAFE will make you think and deliberate at coffee tables, board rooms and other gatherings. That's something that I would want to do with certain films with mine where commerce and content come together,'' details John.

The film has also been in news for the title change that it has gone through, after being first announced as JAFFNA. "That's true, it was a conscious call as we thought that MADRAS CAFE as a title is much more youth oriented and suits the film more. It is credible, just apt and we would not have wanted it any other way."

Meanwhile the wait is already on for his next release RACE 2 which is all set to arrive on 26th January, 2013.
