Bollywood mourns Delhi rape victim's death

The 23 year old gang rape victim who was battling for her life since last 13 days, has passed away today. This news has shaken the entire nation including Bollywood as everyone was hoping against hope for the recovery of the brave girl.

B-Town celebs expressed their grief and anger through the micro blogging site.

Shahrukh Khan: ''We couldn't save u but wot a big voice u have, u brave little girl.That voice is telling us that rape is not an aberration, not a mistake. Rape embodies sexuality as our culture & society has defined it. i am so sorry that i am a part of this society and culture. I am so sorry that I am a man.I promise I will fight with ur voice. I will respect women, so that I gain my daughter's respect.''

Amitabh Bachchan: "'Amanat', 'Damini' just a name now .. her body has passed away, but her soul shall shall forever stir our hearts !!!''

Karan Johar: ''RIP to a brave girl who fought in a weak and paralysed country. Dear India,the world didnt end in 2012..you survived..but politically,socially and emotionally you are on life support...you have to BREATHE.''

Arjun Rampal : Amanat, has died and has left this country to hang its head down in shame. I sincerely do hope there will be redemption for her soul.
