No bikini show in HOUSEFULL 2

Even though the first theatrical promo of HOUSEFULL 2 that is fast making rounds of internet is unofficial, it has revealed one thing quite clearly. Contrary to popular misconception, director Sajid Khan won't be presenting his leading ladies in bikinis. The First Look has been quite clear in its messaging that this is going to be a family outing which means bikinis were totally out of equation.
"Right from the first frame of HOUSEFULL 2 promo, it is clear that the film is mainly about four girls, their respective father and boyfriends, each of whom is presumably called Jolly. In fact the promo is presenting Asin, Jacqueline, Zarine and Shazahn in their wedding outfit, hence covering them from head to toe. With this single move, Sajid Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala have dispelled the myth about HOUSEFULL 2 being a regular fun-n-humour outing. There is a definite storyline to it and bikinis aren't required this time around," says a Bollywood insider.
In fact the leading ladies knew from the very beginning that they won't be required to don any such outfit.

On contacted, Sajid Khan too confirmed the news. He said, "Even though rumours were making the rounds that all my leading ladies would be seen in a bikini, I had anyways clarified at the time of signing them that it won't be the case. Even though there were suggestions that we add a bikini sequence, there was no reason to do that since it was unnecessary."
He got support from his producer Sajid Nadiadwala as well who stood by the stand taken by him. Says Nadiadwala, "Every film has its own requirement. HOUSEFULL 2 story doesn't warrant placement of any sequence for our girls to be getting into an exposure mode. Neither is there any bikini nor is there any skin show required. We have a house which is as clean as it gets!"
