Aamir Khan - Superstitious or perfectionist?

Few days ago, it was reported that a major fire had broken out in the Mumbai studio of actor Aamir Khan's upcoming television show, and destroyed the entire set. The show was scheduled to go on air, early 2012.
Zoom team has discovered that the set is now renovated, and looks as good as new but Aamir refuses to shoot on the set. The GHAJINI actor is adamant about getting the set entirely replaced. This is in spite of the huge sums of money being spent on renovating the set, to make it look like new. Will all this effort and money go up in smoke?

We wonder if this is the superstitious Aamir Khan in action, or the perfectionist Khan who does not like to compromise on his work!
