"Always the actors have been blamed, why so? It has always been us," said the DABANGG star, who himself got involved in a lot of controversies throughout his career. Saif landed himself in a royal mess after serious allegations of assault on the businessman and his father-in-law in an upscale restaurant in Mumbai on Tuesday night were lodged against him. Iqbal Sharma, who is a South African businessman, said he was assaulted and got a broken nose while his 68-year-old father-in-law was not spared as well as the actor rained blows on them and hurled abuses. The case was registered against Saif in the Colaba police station under section 325 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for allegedly punching Sharma and his father-in-law at Mumbai's plush Hotel on Tuesday night. He was arrested on Wednesday night and then released on bail.
