Salman Khan takes potshots at Katrina Kaif

Bollywood actor Salman Khan, who is ever at his wittiest best, was seen taking potshots at co-star and supposed ex-lover Katrina Kaif at EK THA TIGER's first song 'Mashallah' launch.
While the media present at the event was appreciative of Salman-Katrina's fizzing chemistry and graceful dancing skills in the song, Salman gave the entire credit to Katrina saying, ''Katrina is very hard working. She rehearses for 5-6 days for every song. Today whatever is Katrina, her success rate is because of her sheer hard work.'' However, Salman immediately quipped in his amusing style, ''I am very talented so I don't have to work hard.''
Katrina recently did back-to-back item numbers. So, when Katrina was asked if she fears being tagged as 'item girl' of Bollywood, Salman didn't leave a chance to poke fun at the actress.
Quite sarcastically Salman said, ''Karan Johar is Katrina's friend. Karan requested her and she did the song. Like when we requested her to do the song for our film BODYGAURD. We are obliged that she did a song for us. These are not item songs; they are songs which became popular because of her presence.''
He adds, ''Even if she's there for few minutes the film is hit. She did a small appearance in the song from BODYGAURD and the film was huge hit. For AGNEEPATH, despite the presence of Hrithik Roshan and Sanjay Dutt and all the hard work done by producer Karan Johar & director Karan Malhotra, it was Katrina who walked away with all the credit.''

''Yeh toh Katrina ka bahut bada dil hai that she does friendly appearances in our films otherwise who has time enough to grace the film,'' he further added.
In one of the promos of EK THA TIGER, Katrina is shown telling Salman that it's high time he gets married.
When Katrina was asked what she has to say about Salman's marriage in real life, she said at one fell swoop, ''I think no one except Salman should decide at what age he wants to get married.''
Even Aamir Khan, who shares a great bond with Style Bhai, is desperately waiting to see Salman getting married.

When the question of his marriage was raised to Salman, he said,''Aamir is desperately after me getting married. In fact everyone is after my marriage,'' he continued, ''Once I get married then people will come asking Shaadi karne ke baad kaisa lag raha hai.''
When director kabir Khan was asked if the said dialogue in the film was deliberately included, to which he replied, ''No I have not done it deliberately. It was very much part of the script,'' Nevertheless, he added later, ''As I had Salman and Katrina in the film I couldn't resist it...''
Though Salman-Katrina has always been touted as real-life couple, Salman states that they are not couple. ''We're not real life couple,'' says Salman.
But, he even confesses that one can easily fall for the beautiful lady.
''One can easily fall in love with Katrina on and off-screen. That's the reason today she is Katrina Kaif, one of the most successful person,'' he says on a parting note.
