Akshay, Sonakshi played games on JOKER sets!

It is a known fact that during shooting breaks of his films, Akshay Kumar hardly retires to his vanity van and instead mingles with cast and crew members while indulging in games and sports of various kinds. The same happened during the shoot of JOKER as well, what with Sonakshi Sinha showing her sportsperson traits as well.

"Akki bhai used to do a lot into free hand exercises and would invite Shirish Kunder, Shreyas Talpade and others to join him for pull up, push up and crunches competition. When Sonakshi joined the team, there used to be volleyball matches. Many felt that she may just join in as a formality but they were left surprised when she turned out to be quite a pro," informs a cast member.

Apparently, Sonakshi was pretty much into sports during her school days and is particularly fond of volleyball.

"Yes, Akshay too was amazed to see how well she played. Soon there were teams competing with each other. Since most of the film's shoot took place outdoors, it seemed like a sports zone with volleyball, football and work-outs taking place at different corners," the source adds.

Guess after doing many hero oriented films ever since the start of her career, it may be about time for the voluptuous girl to do a sports film next. What say Sonakshi?
