Khiladi's ROWDY & resounding return to action!

There are no prizes for guessing that Akshay Kumar's Prabhu Dheva directed, ROWDY RATHORE, has opened to bumper collections. The single screens are historic (90-100 percent) while the multiplexes, which were decent to good (55-75 percent) in the morning shows, picked up substantially as the day progressed

In fact the first day total is sure to surpass the opening day total of Akshay's biggest hit till date, HOUSEFULL 2, by a couple of crores!

The important thing is that ROWDY RATHORE is generating good business all across India, and not just in certain circuits. And most importantly the audience feedback is very positive, as can be gauged by watching the film at any cinema, be it a single screen or a multiplex.

As things stand today, and whatever Akshay's detractors may feel, the Khiladi's long awaited return to action has been accepted with open arms, and ROWDY RATHORE is all set for the best ever non holiday opening weekend, beating the star's very own HOUSEFULL 2.
