AASHIQUI 2 to release in December 2012

Movie lovers are in for a phenomenal treat this year as AASHIQUI 2 - the sequel to the blockbuster 1990's romantic musical AASHIQUI, which made its cast overnight stars and established a cult following is set for release in December 2012


	SHRADDHA KAPOOR ADITYA ROY KAPOOR

Produced by music mogul and business icon Bhushan Kumar of T-Series and Mukesh Bhatt of Vishesh Films, AASHIQUI 2 will be directed by the enterprising Mohit Suri with music composed by award winner Jeet Ganguly. The highly anticipated sequel set in modern times, will take shape under the vision of Mahesh Bhatt.

Despite having received a tremendous response from their highly publicized talent hunt contest, with many talented entries from all over the world, the creative team at Vishesh Films were unable to find a perfect fit to match the demands of the unique script.

Hence after much research and deliberation, they have finally chosen the fresh onscreen pairing of Aditya Roy Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor respectively as the main leads of the film! This will be Aditya's first full-fledged movie as a lead actor after receiving much appreciation for his supporting roles in GUZAARISH and ACTION REPLAYY.

Furthermore the team has also chosen Amit Tandon, one of the promising youngsters from the talent hunt contest to have a dream debut with an important character role in the film.

With AASHIQUI 2 scheduled to go on floors shortly, we are keeping all eyes out for further info on one of the most anticipated films of 2012!
