Farah Khan: My brother joked about SHIRIN FARHAD KI TOH NIKAL PADI

Choreographer-turned-director-turned actor Farah Khan was recently spotted at a store launch in Mumbai. At the event Farah interacted with the media and spoke about her upcoming film SHIRIN FARHAD KI NIKAL PADI with Boman Irani and the positive response she has received.

However, she said that before the first look of the film, her friends and especially her brother used to make fun of her role as well as the film.

Said Farah frankly, ''Before the promo came, my friends and brother were laughing at me. In fact my brother joked a lot about Boman and me. He had made a long joke book about Shirin & Farhad. He said it would be a single screen film.''

But when, the promos were out, she started receiving positive response for her role. ''After seeing the promos, the reaction has been stupendous. It is unbelievable. Actresses, actors, my industry friends and normal people have been telling me that they are dying to see the film,'' said the lady.

Directed by Bela Bhansali and produced by Bhansali Productions and Eros International, the film stars Boman Irani and Farah Khan as the lead pair for the first time.
