Ajay Devgn to star in Rohit Shetty's tenth film as a director

For years Salman Khan has made his 'Dus Ka Dum' special. Now Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty would have one of their own and are all set to ensure that their next turns out to be their bigger and best collaboration.

"Ajay Devgn is all set to be the central protagonist in Rohit's tenth film as a director. In fact Ajay has already consented to the core idea and the work on scripting is on in full pace," informs a source close to the actor, "It would be an action affair and would go on floors immediately after Rohit is through filming CHENNAI EXPRESS with Shahrukh Khan."

The film is currently untitled though there is a buzz in air that it could well be the sequel to SINGHAM. Since Tamil superstar Surya, who had played the lead in the original SINGHAM, is already working in SINGHAM 2, it is widely believed that the Hindi remake is not far away.

On contacted, Rohit confirmed that after CHENNAI EXPRESS, he would shoot Ajay's action film next. Though he didn't deny that the film could be sequel to SINGHAM, he was guarded in his tone and asked us to wait for further developments before an official announcement is made.
