Rajeev Khandelwal auditions his leading lady

After receiving appreciations for his unconventional films like AAMIR, SHAITAN and SOUNDTRACK, Rajeev Khandelwal will now be seen in an all new romantic avatar in his next film, WHEN LOVE HAPPENS. The film also stars Rayo Bhakirta of PYAAR KA PUNCHNAMA fame and newbie Neha Ahuja.

Khandelwal was so impressed with the script that he extended a helping hand in casting as well. A source close to the film elaborates, ''WHEN LOVE HAPPENS will see Rajeev in a totally new character, very different from what he has played in the past. Rajeev felt that the role required his chemistry with the lead actress to be spot on and hence volunteered to be a part of the auditions.''

The makers auditioned close to 150 girls for the role before zeroing down on Neha. Sunny Sharma, the producer of the film says, 'It's been a pleasure to work with Rajeev and he's been of such great help. He suggested Neha for the role and we are truly happy with the cast. Rajeev and Neha make a stellar pair.'

Neha Ahuja, the leading lady of the film says, ''Shooting for the film is going to be very different from shooting for a modelling assignment and I'm looking forward to it.''

WHEN LOVE HAPPENS is being produced by Sunny Sharma and Anish Khanna under their banner Blue Throat productions and is directed by Khanna himself.
