John Abraham's VICKY DONOR based on sperm donation

Eros International Media Ltd (EIML) has announced that VICKY DONOR will be releasing on April 20, 2012. The announcement was made at the film's first look launch at a suburban multiplex in Mumbai.

An Eros co-production with actor John Abraham's banner JA Entertainment Production, VICKY DONOR has been directed by Shoojit Sircar and stars Ayushmann Khurrana in his debut role along with Annu Kapoor and Yami Gautam.

The film is about a light hearted take at the taboo attached with infertility and artificial insemination or sperm donation.

Commenting about the film, Sunil Lulla, Managing Director, Eros International Media Ltd said, ''With Vicky Donor, one can expect the unusual and out of the box cinema. Actor-producer John Abraham says, ''I am excited about making a foray into producing films and glad to have Eros on board as co-producers. Also, with Eros' global marketing and distribution infrastructure, we hope to present this breakthrough commercial cinema to audiences worldwide.''
