Big B, Salman, Priyanka to rock IPL 5 opening ceremony

As the cricket heroes are all gearing up to give their best at the fifth season of IPL (Indian Premiere League), here's our Bollywood stars who are taking much interest to make the season grander.

Well, superstar Amitabh Bachchan will be hosting the opening ceremony of the fifth season of IPL which will commence on April 5.

Big B tweeted on the social networking portal, 'Asia Cup over soon and then IPL .. opening extravaganza in Chennai .. and yours truly a small part of it ...nervous as hell !! April 3rd is the day for the opening .. preparing for it already .. getting back into the grind ..'

CHECK OUT: SRK & Salman nominated as worst actors of Bollywood

Hosting the IPL 5 opening ceremony will be the actor's first active participation after his abdominal surgery last month. Big B further tweeted, 'They do the opening show of IPL a day before they play unlike other years .. its a separate performance at prestigious venue ....meeting all the Captains and teams will be such an honor ..seen all of them on Tv, now personally.'

Well, other than Big B, the vivacious beauty Priyanka Chopra is also getting prepared to enthral the audience with her performance. PC posted on a micro-blogging site, 'Ok so what act do u guys suggest I do for the IPL opening ceremony.. Shud be so fun!!'

What more! Reportedly dance sensation Prabhudeva and dabangg Salman Khan will also perform for their fans at the event.
