Akshay Kumar: Sajid Khan should not improve

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and filmmaker Sajid Khan's bonding is three films old now. The duo came together first time for HEYY BABYY which progressed to HOUSEFULL and now the famous director-actor jodi is all set for its sequel i.e. HOUSEFULL 2. Also, Akki is closest to Sajid as the filmmaker always maintained about their great rapport.

Ask Akshay about his long association with the filmmaker and how much has Sajid improved as a director over the years and he says, ''I think Sajid should not improve. He should be like the way he is. He works with his instinct and doesn't follow the script as it is. Comedy is what instantly comes to Sajid's mind. He can make you laugh 24 hours. He is not tech savvy and tweaks the dialogues on the spur of the moment.''

Akki is bored to death doing comedies consecutively that too from a long time. Says Akki, ''Though it's become a bit monotonous, I am shifting from comedies now. If you look at the slate of my upcoming releases ROWDY RATHORE, SPECIAL CHABBIS, ONCE UPON A TIME IN MUMBAAI - 2, etc they all fall under action genre.''

However, poke him about HOUSEFULL 2 and he says, ''With Sajid I have always enjoyed and never felt droning. Like I said, besides shooting also he constantly has us in splits. Bhala koi hasne se thak sakta hai kya.''

Also starring Riteish Deshmukh, John Abraham, Shreyas Talpade, Asin, Jacqueline Fernandez, Zarine Khan and Shazahn Padamsee HOUSEFULL 2 hits the screens on 5th April 2012.
