Bollywood box-office report of the week

Last week's big release was the Priyadarshan directed Anil Kapoor, Ajay Devgn and Kangana Ranaut starrer, TEZZ. As we had already indicated in our last report, surprisingly despite good production values, big names and reasonable music the film had little hype surrounding it. And that is exactly what happened. From the first day itself TEZZ saw a lukewarm response from the audience and showed no growth during the weekend and crashed completely from Monday. The film has also been rejected in the overseas grossing £59,000 from UK and $148,200 from the US during the opening weekend (27-29 April).

The other release of the same week, LIFE KI TOH LAG GAYI found little or no support from the paying audience and has failed.
