Anurag gifts Bihar a song through GANGS OF WASSEYPUR

This year Bihar completes 100 years of its existence. And director Anurag Kashyap gifts the state a special song from his film GANGS OF WASSEYPUR. The song is titled 'Jiya Ho Bihar Ke Lala, Jiye Tu Hazaar Saal'.

Anurag Kashyap, we hear has personally gone to Patna today to wish the state luck.

Another important thing is that the song is sung by Manoj Tiwari, who himself is a very big name in Bihar.

The film, Gangs of Wasseypur is about the coal mafia in Dhanbad and the star cast includes Manoj Bajpai, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Syed Zeeshan Quadri and Richa Chadda. The film will be screened at the Cannes Film Festival in the Directors' Fortnight section.
