Should Ajay have left for his Goan vacation?

SON OF SARDAAR, after seeing a rise and dip in collections on the first day due to Diwali festivities, managed to see an escalation over days to come. By now the film has shown clear signals of holding on well with good moolah already flowing in. With the film giving good signals of sailing through over an extended six day long weekend, Ajay left for a quick-fire Goan vacation last week.

However one wonders whether it was a right move since his presence in the city would have allowed him to be more visible and vocal. After all, continued promotion won't harm the cause, especially considering the fact that JAB TAK HAI JAAN is running in parallel and is doing quite good as well.

'The verdict is in the hand of 'junta' now so there is no point trying to make much hullabaloo about the film. Whatever had to be spoken about it has been done. In any case that's the way Ajay likes to promote his films. Now that he has done his job, he wants to clear up his mind before getting back to work again,'' says a close associate of the actor.

Well, given the fact that he was quite aggressively promoting a film of his like never before during an entire month leading to its release, guess Ajay did deserve a break after all.
