RGV: Most Indians would have preferred Kasab tortured to death

As soon as the news of hanging the 26/11 Mumbai attacks prime accused, Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab was out many a people expressed their opinion on it. Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma, who is making a film THE ATTACKS OF 26/11, based on the 2008 terror attacks, also shared his views on the same.

He tweeted, ''Here's wishing that finally his victims souls will rest in peace RIP and Kasab's soul will roast in hell ROH. Most Indians would have preferred to have seen Kasab being lynched and tortured to death instead of being just hung.''

''If I were to be the hang man I would have shown the pictures of all his victims to Kasab before hanging him. I wonder if the ghosts of the other 9 terrorists came to yerawada jail to pick up Kasabs ghost after his hanging,'' he further tweeted.

Meanwhile, reports are that Ramu will be inviting the policemen who battled terrorists in the 2008 attack, to view a 15-minute sequence of the movie on Friday.

The movie is being said to release in early 2013.
