Kajol was not invited for JAB TAK HAI JAAN premiere

The premiere of JAB TAK HAI JAAN was a grand affair. YRF Studios was turned into a classic theatre to screen the film and pay tribute to the maverick filmmaker Yash Chopra. The who's who of Bollywood graced the premiere. But Kajol, who has acted in Yash Raj Films' DILWALE DULHANIA LE JAYENGE and FANAA, surprised all with her absence. Reportedly, she was not invited.

Leading publications have quoted Ajay Devgn claiming that Kajol was not invited for the premiere of the Shahrukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma starrer film.

Incidentally, Kajol's husband Ajay Devgn filed a petition against YRF for using their dominance in the film industry to book more number of single screens for JAB TAK HAI JAAN that resultantly restricted his film SON OF SARDAAR from reaching its potential audience.
