Bollywood box-office report of the week

	OMG-OH MY GOD! and KAMAAL DHAMAAL MALAMAAL

Last week saw the release of Akshay Kumar's Paresh Rawal starrer OMG OH MY GOD! and Priyadarshan's KAMAAL DHAMAAL MALAMAAL. While not much can be said about the poor opening and outcome of KDM, OMG OH MY GOD!, which started on a dull note, saw a magical turnaround in its fortune as the film witnessed amazing collections even during the normally weak weekdays. The film is also doing quite well in the overseas (without even releasing in UAE!) grossing £145,500 from UK and $ 340,000 from the US during the opening weekend (28-30 September). As things stand, the reasonably budgeted and sold OMG! is sure to be Akshay Kumar's third hit of the year, this time as a producer and also as an actor in an extended cameo.
