Anurag Basu to get rid of his bad habit soon!

The growing by the day hype is certainly working very well for Anurag Basu's league 'se hatke' BARFI!, so the time is just right to know something interesting about the highly talented director.

It's a well-known fact in the film circle that at the initial stage of a project, director Anurag Basu is unable to relate the exact story or the script of his films to his actors and producers, or even his unit hands who have been working under his banner for quite a while.

This has been confirmed by a regular unit source who says, ''Before the start of any film, the director calls us and explains the whole film just once. And he is so clear in his instructions that we understand exactly what he wants. After that it's our responsibility that we do our planning and see to it that everything is in order. However, there is one habit of Anurag Basu's that not only makes things difficult for us, but also for the actors, and that is scene improvisation! It really troubles all of us as we are not prepared for his impromptu changes in the script and story. And that is why Anurag is Anurag! But, the good (or bad!) news is that Anurag has promised us that he is thinking of changing this habit from the next film!''

Releasing next Friday, BARFI! does seem to be a brave and a new experiment from Anurag, with both the lead actors, Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra, essaying physically challenged roles, while Ranbir is deaf and dumb, Priyanka essays the role of an autistic girl. And we are sure that Anurag has a winner, that will appeal to the audiences, and especially the multiplex crowd for sure!
