Kartik Tiwari ate 25 eggs a day to get the right look for AKAASH VANI!

Post his lean look in PYAAR KA PUNCHNAMA, Kartik Tiwari had to work very hard to don a beefed-up look for his upcoming film AKAASH VANI

While Kartik has always had a lean and chocolate boy look, gearing up to be a bulked-up college student in Delhi took a lot of effort. The actor had 6-8 months to pump up for the film and we hear that it was not an easy task as he had to gain quite a good amount of weight while still looking fit!

A source close to the actor says, ''Kartik who is basically a vegetarian is used to eating eggs once in a while, but when it came to increasing a little more weight for the film he had to eat approximately 25 eggs a day. Initially it was difficult for Kartik to eat so many eggs but with sheer determination he made sure that he reaches his target. His daily routine included 12 eggs in the morning, 6-7 for lunch and the rest for dinner. Although he ate them in different forms, it was quite a task to pull it off.''
