Bollywood box-office report of the week

Last Friday saw the release of Sudhir Mishra's Arjun Rampal and Chitrangda Singh starrer, INKAAR. After a dull opening day (1.60 crore), the film failed to show any significant growth during the next two days, netting around 5.60 crore during the opening weekend from India. The film also had a big drop during the weekdays, and has little or no chances of survival, given the fact RACE 2 is going to take up most of the screen space from this week

The other two releases of the week, Viking Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.'s Sachiin Joshi starrer MUMBAI MIRROR and the Aditya Om directed BANDOOK, fared worse, and are commercial disasters. In fact BANDOOK is a huge debacle and many shows had to be cancelled.
