I LOVE NY: Will Sunny Deol's lover boy image get recognised?

It's almost two years now since Sunny's last film, YAMLA PAGLA DEEWANA 2, hit the theaters and no wonder that Deol fans are waiting impatiently for his upcoming films.

The first look of his next film, I LOVE NY, directed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru (of Salman's LUCKY- NO TIME FOR LOVE fame) was unveiled recently. This film has been produced by the audio giants T-Series and stars Sunny Deol and Kangana Ranaut.

As can be determined from the first look itself, I LOVE NY sees Sunny Deol in his very much underrated and never acknowledged but well loved and quite popular lover boy image. Not only is Sunny looking very handsome, young but his lovey-dovey expressions are something to die for. Kangana too is looking ravishing and the whole romantic set up is extremely fresh and novel and eye appealing.

Those conversant with the past will know that Sunny Deol made his Bollywood debut with BETAAB, an action romantic flick and followed it up with more love sagas like SUNNY, SOHNI MAHIWAL etc.

However, the last of the romantic flicks that his fans remember is his own directorial venture, DILLAGI, where Sunny essayed the lover boy image to perfection but the film failed as it was way ahead of its time. And sadly Sunny the lover boy was never seen in an all-out romantic avatar after that.

So, it's definitely celebration time for Sunny's fans and also for those young guns who have not been privy to this side of the action King! And lets just hope that Sunny the lover boy triumphs and finally gets hid due recognition!
