Ranbir Kapoor pays respect to grandpa Raj Kapoor by getting 'Awara' tattoo on wrist

Where actors mostly prefer to have tattoo of their loved ones like Saif Ali Khan inked the name of his then girlfriend and now wife Kareena Kapoor on his arm, Akshay Kumar got his son Aarav's name inked on his back, Hrithik Roshan and Suzanne Roshan got identical tattoos showing their togetherness and as symbol of love,Priyanka Chopra got a tattoo which says 'Daddy's lill girl' to express her love for her father, it seems our Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor doesn't favor so.

Even his ex-flame Deepika Padukone had one time inked the initials of Ranbir Kapoor i.e. RK on the nape of her neck.

Recently at YEH JAWAANI HAI DEEWANI trailer launch Ranbir Kapoor was snapped sporting 'Awara' tattoo on his wrist in Devanagari script. Interestingly, AWARA was also the name of Ranbir Kapoor's grandfather Raj Kapoor's hit film. Perhaps, it's his way of showing respect for his grandpa and his work.

This is Ranbir Kapoor's first tattoo.
