After winning over audiences’ hearts, Tiger Shroff’s debut film HEROPANTI recently even bagged its first award of the season. It recently received the best music, best actor, and best director award at a popular channel’s award show.
“It all happened overnight! I am getting more than what I have done…That’s my first award and I dedicate it to the whole team,” expresses Tiger with joy!
He even regards Sajid Nadiadwala, who launched him in the film industry, as his second father. “Sajid Nadiadwala is definitely my guru and my second father…” says Tiger.
Tiger further reveals how important it was for him that HEROPANTI fared well. “I am happy that HEROPANTI didn’t disappoint otherwise it would be a huge set-back for us. And I have no backup also. It was lose or make it situation for me. But I feel relieved now as my parents were very nervous and over protective.”

Though Tiger has made his mark now, he was not that keen on turning an actor initially. And he shared the same on HEROPANTI first trailer launch. Well what Tiger feels about acting now? “I am feeling better and now I am really taking 10 times more interest in all the department of films, though initially I was skeptical,” he says.
Ask him if would ever quit it and he says, “No not at all, why would I leave it? I am in the profession which needs sportsman-spirit. All of us worked hard and gave more than 100%.”
On a parting note, probe Tiger if he keeps a tab on box-office and he says, “Yes, box-office is absolutely important. Right now the industry is focused there. They gauge an actor/artist’s performance on the basis of that. Bigger the numbers, bigger the success is. I do believe in box-office.”
