Both are concept based films and different from routine Bollywood outings. While HAWAIZAADA has Ayushmann playing a scientist who had constructed India's first unmanned plane, SONALI CABLE features MERE DAD KI MARUTI girl Rhea Chakraborty in the title role of Sonali who combats opposition when her TV cable business is threatened.
In fact HAWAIZAADA was earlier titled BAMBAI FAIRYTALE but then makers decided to rename the film. Incidentally, on 10th October, these are the only two releases which are arriving a fortnight before Shahrukh Khan's HAPPY NEW YEAR which is slated for Diwali release. There is no other film which is daring to come anywhere close to the biggie, leave aside clashing on the same date.

For HAWAIZAADA leading lady Pallavi Sharda, there couldn't have been a bigger coincidence to see a film of hers releasing exactly a year after last year's historic dud BESHARAM which had hit the screens on 2nd October.
While she would indeed be looking forward to a renewed innings here, one waits to see how Ayushmann and Rohan greet each other en route to clash of their films.
