HanumanMusic has always been an integral constituent of the great Indian culture and its age-old civilization. The essence of music dates back to its mythical days of illustrious Indian epics like Ramayana and Mahabharata, which is so prevalent even today. Sahara One's Hanuman is the latest in the league of mythological animation movies where music has a very significant role to play.

"Mahabali Maharudra" is a mesmerizing devotional with a brigade of singers that include some of the most eminent names of Bollywood. Performed by Vijay Prakash, Sonu Nigam, Shaan, Palash Sen, Kailash Kher, Madhushree, Senha Panth, and not to forget Sapna Mukherjee (Sahara, after all). The track is an opulent piece of music with all the lead singers chanting motivating Vedas in chorus and efficiently executing their respective portions.

"Jay Hanuman," notches further due to an extremely upbeat orchestration and a velvety vocalization by Shankar Mahadevan and Kailash Kher. The track scores high on inspiring lyrics set on an uncomplicated tune.

Some divine fun and frolic gets underway with "Akdam Bakdam" that is rendered by Shravan, the kiddo who sounds absolutely cute. Unlike the previous two, this one is different thanks to the verve and velocity, such that the track races through your senses, escalating the kid's celestial rapping.

Hanuman"Destroying The Ashok Vatika" and "Bridge Across the Ocean," both rendered by Vijay Prakash, compliment the overall tempo of this daringly different compilation.

Side B of the tape, opens with "Hanuman Chalisa" tunefully recited by singers Vijay  Prakash, Nandini and Rashmi followed by brisk instrumentals in "The War Begins," and "Kumbhkaran."

The compilation comes to a quick conclusion with dubbed voice of Rajesh Jolly in "Ravan Goes to War" and a complete fulfilling track, "Jay Bajrangbali" that has Palash and Kinshuk Sen swathed in blissful harmonies.

Obviously, there is not much commercial element associated with the music of Hanuman that thrives on its devotional appeal and a huge celebrity singer prop up.
