Kehtaa Hai Dil Baar Baar produced by Lal & Kishore Dadlaney and directed by new comer Rahul Dholakia. The movie stars Jimmy Shergill, Kim Sharma and Paresh Rawal. Music is by Jatin Lalit and lyrics by Sameer. The movie is shot entirely in US.

Deewano ko Pata Hai a lovely romantic song. The melodious music, good lyrics along some turnaround by Udit Narayan & Sadhana Sargam makes the song one of the best in the album.

Aasman se chand laoon another good number by Shaan, the soft song and the light music helps the song to make a point.


Dhol Baje immediately reminds one of Dholi Taro of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. The song too starts with a "Bhavaai" (Gujarati singing style) and tries to imitate the original, however the song is nowhere near the original. Udit Narayan & Kavita Krishnamurthy too don't have much to do.

India se Aaja by Lift Karade fame Adnan Sami. Adan needs a lift himself. The song lacks variation and doesn’t have much appeal. We fail to see the creative part of Adnan here. This was not enough, so we also have another version of the song. This time it’s by Lalit Pandit.

Jaane Kab Anjaane is a duet by Kumar Sanu & Kavita Krishnamurthy. It is a beautiful piece of singing and would definitely make it to the top ten charts.

Dikri Amhari, a fusion of Gujarati and Punjabi singing. The song sounds like a heard before and lacks originality. Udit Narayan & Shraddha Pandit fail to add value to the song.

Life is beautiful is an instrumental of the song Deewano ko pata hai. The instrumental is composed by Manohari Singh & Richard Mithra. The song too like to original is worth listening.

Overall, the album has some good numbers. Deewano ko pata hai, Aasman se, Jaane kab, are the key songs of the album. The album if promoted properly would sell and make money. As for the music listeners, the album is worth trying.
