Bollywood Box Office Report Of The Week: 24 Oct 2019

This Friday’s premier releases include Fox Star Studios & Sajid Nadiadwala’s HOUSEFULL 4 featuring Akshay, Bobby, Riteish, Kriti and Rana, Reliance Entertainments’ Tapsee-Bhumi venture SAAND KI AANKH and the Dinesh Vijen produced Rajkummar- Mouni starrer MADE IN CHINA.

Needless to add that the Diwali week will see HOUSEFULL 4 dominating the two other mentioned films comprehensively, but given the reportedly good scripts of SAAND KI AANKH and MADE IN CHINA, post the festive blast, the two may manage to get some of their target audience. 

All the new of the releases of last week  #YARAM, GHOST, KIRKET, JUNCTION VARANASI, P SE PYAAR F SE FARAAR, etc. …and Saif Ali Khan’s LAAL KAPTAN failed miserably. Comparatively, the best performance came from the last mentioned, which netted around 2 crore during the opening weekend.

The film is fair in the overseas (read as US) grossing £110,000  from UK and $3,650,000  from the US, till the second weekend (18-20 October).
