It is going to be almost an open week with just 2 NIGHTS IN SOUL VALLEY listed for release. The reason is obvious, DABANGG 2 will continue to be a major force even in the second week!
Coming to Arbaaz Khan Production's DABANGG 2, no prizes for guessing that the film has embarked on a huge start, with two records, best opening day (non-holiday) and best 3-day weekend already shattered by big margins. As per early estimates the film has netted around 62 crore during the opening weekend. With the weekdays being rock steady (with Christmas holiday boosting collections further), DABANGG 2 is on way to a blockbuster success. The Salman-Sonakshi starrer has also embarked on a good start in the overseas (very good in US), grossing ?342,000 in UK and $1,019,200 in the US, during the opening weekend (21 – 23 December).
Moving on, Ashish R. Adding another 17.50 crore KHILADI 786 has netted 65 crore in two weeks from India and is an above average fare.
The Akshay-Asin starrer though has disappointed (better in US) in the overseas grossing ?211,000 in UK and $ 380,000 in the US, till the third weekend (21-22 December).

The Aamir, Rani, Kareena and Nawaz starrer is a super hit in the overseas grossing more than $ 8 m (bumper in US) with ?839,500 from UK and $ 2,706,500 from the US till the fourth weekend (21-23 December).
