The coming Friday will witness the release of Nishkant Kamat’s Ajay, Tabu and Shriya starrer, DRISHYAM. With good reviews already trickling in, and more to pour in, one sincerely hopes for commercial success of the film as well. Though DRISHYAM will not exactly set the box-office on fire but is sure to end up with a decent weekend haul, based on positive word-of-mouth. What should also be taken into account is the fact that even a two week old BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN is still quite strong and will pose tough questions to DRISHYAM.

Last week’s critically acclaimed and award winning Richa Chadda starrer, MASAAN, garnered a lot of critical acclaim, but unfortunately the same did not translate in to box-office return as the audience preferred BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN as opposed to MASAAN.
